Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Natty+ LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Order information you provide at checkout — name, shipping address, email, and phone. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
- Basic visit data — which page you landed on, and where you came from (for example, a link in a TikTok bio). See "How we measure our marketing" below for exactly what this is and is not.
- Communications you send us by email or through our forms.
How we use it
- To process and ship your orders and manage subscriptions.
- To provide customer support.
- To send order updates and, with your consent, marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To improve our products and website.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — including Shopify (commerce & checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers, and email/analytics tools. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and opt out of marketing at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
How we measure our marketing
We need to know which of our posts and links actually bring people here. We do that in the simplest way we could find, and we would rather just tell you exactly what it is.
What we store, in your own browser:
- A random ID we generate — something like
a3f9c2…. It is not derived from you, your device, or anything about you. It is a random number. - The campaign tags on the link you arrived through (the
utm_…values), and the website that referred you, if any. - The page you first landed on and when.
- Your cart, so it is still there when you come back.
What we do not do:
- We do not fingerprint your device or browser.
- We do not store your IP address.
- We do not track you across other websites.
- We do not sell or share any of this.
This is kept in your browser's local storage, not in cookies. When you place an order, the campaign tags are attached to that order so we can tell which post led to a sale. Clearing your browser data removes all of it, and nothing on this site stops working if you do.
Shopify sets its own cookies during checkout to process your payment securely. That is covered by Shopify's privacy policy.
